Missouri: alternative teacher certification approved

The Board of Education is now mandated to provide an alternative certification path for elementary and high school teachers. Applicants who hold certification from the relatively new American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence and have completed 60 prescribed classroom contact hours are eligible to apply under the new model.  Read more.
