Texas: sunset review Polygraph Examiners and Private Security Boards

The Sunset Advisory Commission has published its report and accompanying decisions on the Department of Public Safety, Private Security Board, and Polygraph Examiners Board. Among the approved recommendations is abolishing the Polygraph Examiners Board (Board) and transferring its functions to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Read the report.
