Missouri Governor Eric Greitens has signed an executive order preventing all state bodies from issuing new regulations. The order also calls for a review of all current regulations. A bill currently under consideration would prevent the General Assembly from considering new professional licensing laws unless a need can be demonstrated for the new law in respect to public health or major environmental concerns. The bill would also address reciprocity agreements with other states.
