A report from the Goldwater Institute reviewing license applications in Arizona shows that 751 licenses have been granted by 25 licensing boards in Arizona under the new universal recognition law, with many more applications reported as pending. The Registrar of Contractors, the Board of Cosmetology, and the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners have issued the most licenses.
