Students at Harvard Law School have signed a letter asking school administrators to publicly advocate for a change in policy to allow graduating students to be licensed without the requirement of taking the bar exam. The letter states that postponing the exams will jeopardize employment opportunities and financial security of graduates, deferred employment could affect the immigration status of international students, and students may be forced to forego studying for a postponed exam in favor of securing employment in another field.
