The Pennsylvania Department of State has announced that the professional licensing waivers issued during the pandemic will expire in a phased approach beginning August 17 and completed by September 30. Nearly 100 waivers were approved, and those impacted by the waivers will have to return to pre-pandemic compliance. The Department of State is considering whether some of the waivers should remain permanent.
